Competitions

- Entrants must provide the entry details as specified.

- Open to UK and Eire residents only. Overseas entries are not eligible.

- Only one entry per person, email address, household etc.. permitted. We're pretty wise to most tricks. All duplicate entries will be deleted.

- The winner will be selected by random from all correct entries.

- Where we email to inform winners, you have 21 days in which to claim your prize.

- Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize, as will pets names, non-existent children and the like.

- Entries from email addresses such as 'pleaseletmewin@' and those containing elaborate designs will not give the entrant any advantage, although politeness and the ability to make us smile is always appreciated.

- Entries with no subject header as set out in the competition details can not be accepted.

- Proof of sending email is not proof of our receipt of your entry.

- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.

- The closing date for current competitions is 31st July 2008. However, as promoters often wish to run at short notice and we're loathe for you to miss out, there may be occasions when some competitions run over this date.

- The prize may not be transferred to any other person.

- Please allow 28 days for delivery.

- No cash alternative or alternative prize is available, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

- Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity.

- No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.

- We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.

- Entering implies acceptance of these rules.

- The prize winners will be selected at random. Our decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them.

- By entering the competitions, you agree to your details being passed to the sponsor for marketing or monitoring purposes if they so request. Your details will not be passed on to any third party by FromBumptoGrump.
