With so many people battling constantly to lose weight, here is yet another product that can help. The idea with Slimthru is that it fills you up, hence you eat less, so the science part is straight forward and the theory exactly what successful weight loss is about. The small milk style cartons contain Palm And Oat Oil Emulsion and it can be drunk on its own, put in a drink or mixed with other food stuffs. We preferred the solo route simply as there is a slight taste and greasy texture (albeit slight) but no pain no gain. There is no doubt this filled us up, and the all natural ingredients are a refreshing change to dodgy pills. We have tested for a week so can not make claims long term, but based on what we've tried, these certainly do as they say - add the right amount of will power, and you just could be on your way to long term weight loss.

The smell of lemon is one of the freshest, cleanest smells there is. Bronnley have taken this and produced a range of truly gorgeous smelling items that will brighten your day. Eau Fraiche is an addictively light fragrance that keeps its scent all day long, whilst being perfect to refresh your day with a quick spray. Trust me, I have searched for something similar for years and now I have found it, I won't let it go! The Shower & Bath Gel is not only beautifully presented, but luxuriously thick, leaving your skin soft and fragrant, as well as the bathroom too. And the generously sized lemon shaped soap is quick to lather and light in use, perfect for leaving out for others to admire. With lots of other Bronnley products and fragrances available too, I will certainly be trying more soon.

Lepicol is marketed as much more than a fibre product, as it helps balance the bacteria in the bowel too. When added to a drink twice a day, the effects are pretty much immediate but gentle. After two days, we certainly felt less bloated and more relaxed about the whole digestive process. It did work for us, so we can't imagine it wouldn't for you, but at the very least, it is worth a try if you suffer from any type of bowel problem.

After taking fibre supplements before, they can be thick and set before your eyes. Detox is serious business at the moment and there are lots of products out there. Here is one that certainly had some effect on us. Two tablets three times a day ensured we noticed a difference, and there was no urgency or discomfort throughout the process. We even noticed a difference after the first two tablets, a sure sign that they were working for us. We would definitely purchase these ourselves.

With packaging this good, it is almost irrelevant how the good the cosmetics are! With a luxuriously embossed exterior, these palettes would grace any boudoir, so here’s hoping the contents live up to the high expectations we already have. Hoorah – the print theme continues inside, but what first grabbed us was the generous mirror that meant you could see the full face. And with a palette containing 3 striking eyeshadows, 3 matching and super tasty lip glosses and a blusher, this is the business. A handbag essential, we’d be getting this out without using just to impress!

We have surely all heard of Fenjal, but as we have never used it, we were intrigued as to what it was like. With fresh looking packaging and a distinctively fresh smell, we were very impressed by how easy the products were to use. Pump dispensers that give the right amount, lids that stay put, something that you don’t always get. The hydrating body lotion absorbed like a dream with no greasiness, and the fragrance lasted and lasted. With the shower oil, all the same could be said, and skin stayed super soft for hours. Yes, we’re pleasantly surprised at Fenjal, and if you like that just washed smell and truly soft and smooth skin, don’t pass these products by.

As a child, my Mum used to frighten me in face masks that cracked and zombified. My kids are a lot luckier, with a new wave of face masks that make Mummy look a lot better in general. The chocolate mud masque not only smells yummy, but left my skin feeling wow! Apart from appreciating 15 minutes of proper relaxation, the softness of my skin left me feeling better about myself for days. All of that for 99p? A bargain!

Here is a natural solution to the problem of unwanted hair. Hair removal can be a complicated affair, especially when it comes to achieving long term results. Nad’s Natural Hair Removal Gel tub is great for the legs, bikini line and underarms. Unlike others, there’s no heating here. The gel goes on smoothly and without the dramatic skin tightening that waxing can bring. Of course, removing hair from the root is never pain free, but we found this not as cruel by a long chalk. The facial wand is a real favourite for us – the gel can be applied in a precise manner, and removing eyebrow hair gave a much better result than years of plucking ever did.

Shower gels come and go, and there is plenty of choice out there, but sometimes you come across one that makes you go ‘Wow!’. This certainly did that, making us undoubtedly feel different. We loved the fact that although it was a scrub, it was gentle and left no tell tale bits on the skin once clothed. Also, as something that softened the skin very well indeed, it managed to sneak in a refreshing feeling too. This is a very clever shower scrub indeed, and we firmly recommend you give it a whirl.

OK, it might sound a bit odd, but we are addicted! Just a little of this tightened like nothing else and the effects were incredibly long lasting! It says fragrance free, but it just had the slightest pleasant cosmetic smell that made you forget what it was made of. But this isn’t just for beauty, as It can be used to help with scars, age spots and stretch marks too. We love it!

Have you heard of Goji yet? This super food is crammed full of everything that those in the know rave about – proteins, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins…and we are talking incredible amounts of each. Celebs love it, and you can have it to. The berry form is slightly sweet and pleasant enough, especially considering the benefits. The juice is similar – you are not expected to drink glasses full, but 1 -3 fluid ounces daily, making it very easy on the palate. We are as excited about this as everybody else is, and are keen to reap the health benefits.

Now we will admit to loving a nice vanity case, and so Beauty boxes is sheer heaven to us. We were thrilled to review the “Zarrin” – 3 of the lushest beauty boxes we could hope to find, especially within such an affordable budget. With a super soft lining, the obligatory elasticated pouch and generous mirror, we would be proud to take these anywhere. And, of course, they’re lockable. Even better, Beauty Boxes aren’t just about beauty, as there are laptop cases, iPod cases and so much more!

As someone with a tendency to burn easily, I have tried a few burn aids, and am always ultra keen to try something new. Where this impressed, was firstly ease of application. Sprays tend to sometimes miss the mark and are hard to use if you have burnt your natural hand, and this was also less greasy than some others. This cools, soothes, adds moisture and also helps to kill bacteria, doing everything necessary in one application. I also liked that it could be used from age 2, so making it a first aid kit essential. Remember, buying it after you’ve just had a burn is too late.

Our absolute favourite was the ‘Instant Lift Serum’ – for a fresh, even look in literally seconds, simply apply – that’s it!
